What is electronic acupuncture by Voll (EAV)?

Generally, the idea behind electronic acupuncture by Voll is the idea that certain toxins or biological stressors can be lodged in certain meridian systems which are highways that originate from organs. They will proliferate to the fingertips, to the face, to the chest and to the toes. These twelve meridian systems can have biological blockers or homotoxins and they can cause the meridian system or the biological enzyme structures to shutdown or malfunction. Electronic acupuncture by Voll, in particular the BodyScan2010, has the ability to determine what particular stressor is present and to make the homeopathic preparation to alleviate that particular blockage of the meridian system or enzyme structure. The concept behind bioenergetic evaluation is a marriage of the Chinese model of acupuncture and wellness with modern biofeedback and is utilizing physio-feedback technology. Each acupuncture meridian has a specific association with different aspects of the body (organs, glands, even teeth). The energy may be accessed through special acupuncture points along these meridians.

Since it is believed that illness appears as a functional imbalance long before it manifests physically, it follows that imbalance to any level of being-physical, emotional, or spiritual-will compromise the quality of one's health. With biophysio-feedback testing, energetic imbalances can be detected before they manifest as physical illness. Using biofeedback, the Phazx BodyScan™ system maps the stress blueprint of the body and allows the practitioner to prioritize protocols for each patient.

The ability to identify stress imbalances at a sub-clinical level not yet found in blood tests provides an ideal window for preventative stress management. The BodyScan2010 is a class II medical device registered with the FDA and is ISO 9000 compliant.

BIOCHEMICAL IMBALANCE A PARABLE ABOUT BALANCE:

Imagine yourself taking a hike on a crisp fall day under a deep blue sky. You feel in tune with the universe as you head down the trail. Before too long you feel a tiny stone in your shoe. The first few steps you take after noticing the stone are awkward as you carefully try not to put pressure directly on the stone. You adjust for pressure, movement and speed to accommodate the stone.

The stone is annoying and uncomfortable but it is not a good place for you to stop and take off your shoe. As you continue as best as you can, you can adjust your pack and how you lift your legs to take a step.

A little farther down the trail, you feel a painful blister on your foot, and stepping off balance has become a strain on your calf muscle. Finally you stop to take off your shoe.

As you bend to pull off your shoe, a sharp pain shoots down your leg and you feel the strain in your back-which was twisted as you were off-setting the weight to avoid the stone. You pad the blister and put your shoe back on and continue on your way.

Even though the stone is gone and now the limp to compensate, but the pain is in your calf, your back, and a blister on your foot. This creates a strain on the knee and your leg. By the end of your hike your entire body is sore. That night, even though you are exhausted, you have trouble sleeping.

Now, imagine being able to find and remove the stone before ever taking the first step and never getting out of balance. That is what electronic acupuncture by Voll and the BodyScan 2010 can do to remove biochemical imbalances in your body before they become health threats.
